WAYS TO SPEND TIME WITH GOD
DAILY BIBLE READING
Jesus is our role model and he intentionally spent time with His Father (Mark 1:35, Luke 5:16).
Set aside some quality time with God every day. As a new believer in Christ, you are encouraged to start reading your Bible in the book of John and a chapter a day is a great place to start. Grab a notebook and pen writing down any verse of scripture, a word or a thought that God is speaking to you from your Bible reading time and go over this word during the day. This is simply God speaking with you - through His Word. Whether you are a Christian for some time or a brand new believer in Christ, it's really important that you are consistent and even follow a Bible reading plan. God speaks to us through his word - the Bible, which is alive and active (Hebrews 4:12) and we speak to God through prayer. As we read the Bible consistently,
we come to know the perfect will of God.

A Church community is a place where you are free to praise and worship the King of Kings and Lord of Lords, pray to the Father, a place of safety and opportunity to serve God best with your gifts, talents and skills, bringing you great personal joy as you further God's kingdom. Your local Church will work with you so you become all that God wants you to be and that includes becoming a true Disciple of Jesus Christ, just like the Apostles and many in the world today. Sing aloud to the Lord a new song (Psalm 34:1) or join in with your favourite anointed praise and worship songs. As you worship, you encourage and invite God’s presence to inhabit your praise (Psalm 22:3).
LISTEN TO THE AUDIO BIBLE
Download an audio bible in your app or play store, to your particular device and listen in the morning while you are getting ready, while exercising, in your car, on your lunch break and even while you are sleeping.
DO YOU WALK, CYCLE OR DRIVE TO WORK?
Why not use this time to grow in your faith, get strong and encouraged so you can face whatever comes your way. Sing to the Lord and worship Him, pray or listen to the audio bible, tune into a Christian radio station or play your favorite worship songs.
All of the above are ways for you to enjoy and spend time with your Creator.
